Welcoming a new puppy into the family is an exciting time and we love being part of that journey with you.

Introducing puppies to a styling routine is essential for their development so we encourage you to begin this process as early as possible. Puppies can be booked in with us as soon as they have had their injections and are able to mix with other dogs. Our bespoke puppy package is designed to give your puppy a positive first grooming experience – with the focus being on play and fun. The appointment is stripped back to include a bath, dry, brush and light trim of their feet, eyes and bum. This experience is a stepping stone towards your puppy's first styling appointment. It gives them the opportunity to become familiar and at ease with the sounds and sensations associated with being groomed. After this positive experience, your stylist will arrange a follow-up appointment – usually 3-4 weeks later. At this point, your puppy will naturally be more settled within the salon so we will begin shaping their coat into your desired style.
