My Dog Barber is an independent chain of dog grooming salons that brings a fresh style and approach to the industry. Our purpose-built, open-plan salons are designed to create luxe, tailored grooming experiences in Jesmond, Low Fell, Chester le Street and Blaydon.

We strive to provide a supportive, friendly, relaxed, and personal working environment. Our team of managers have a combined experience of over 50 years, so there is always someone on hand to support and advise.

We are looking for a salon manager to join our existing management team. The position is based at our Low Fell salon in Gateshead.

The ideal candidate should be an experienced dog groomer with the skills needed to manage a small team in a positive and supportive way. Previous management experienced is not required to apply as we’re happy to support and develop the right candidate.

Our valued team of stylists are extremely important to us so the ideal candidate should be approachable, organised, a great communicator and have an eye for detail.
